The challenge of key competences for the 21st century

The "21 Century Skills- Test" phase consists of an inventory of your 21st century skills and an assessment of 4 key competences (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence): :

• First consultation: 1 session of 1 hour

• 5 psychometric tests assessing the following 21st century key competences: critical thinking (Watson Glaser III), creativity (CRE-w), emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), cultural intelligence (CQ Pro), Long Life Learning (LSQ)

• Mapping of your skills

• Feedback conversations: 5 sessions of 1 hour each

• Written report
