The "Test" phase consists of a multidimensional assessment of your career and your professional potential according to the point(s) you wish to develop:
First consultation
1 session of 1 hour

A battery of psychometric tests chosen with you from our bank of tests according to your situation.

Feedback & consulting
5 sessions of 1hour each

Written summary
The "Shape" phase is optional and must follow the "Test" phase.
Based on our ATS® methodology, it consists of a tailor-made support including either one or more of the following services.
The number of sessions will be determined by mutual agreement at the end of the "Test" phase.
