Remain relevant by mastering 21st century key competences
Our solutions adapted to your profile and your challenges
In a constantly changing, information-saturated and increasingly digital world, new skills needs have emerged in recent decades. Some are specific to a given sector or profession, while others are cross-cutting. Among the latter, a set of essential skills commonly referred to as "21st century skills" has emerged.
The World Economic Forum, the ATCS 21 partnership, the OECD, the European Commission are all institutions that emphasise the need to acquire, develop and maintain these particular skills so that individuals and organisations alike can face one of the major challenges of the 21st century: remaining relevant to adapt.
On the basis of our field of expertise and the main models establishing a taxonomy of 21st century key competences, we focus exclusively on the assessment and development of 4 key 21st century competences: critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence. It should be noted here that these competences are essentially acquired through experience and are not easy to teach, except through situational exercises.
Highly sought after by organisations, these 4 transversal competencies underpin many soft skills, such as resilience, problem solving, leadership, complex problem solving and adaptability.
