The "Test" phase consists of a multidimensional assessment including your strengths, specific needs and potential “derailors”

• First consultation: 1 hour

• 5 psychometric tests including EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), Watson-Glaser III (Critical Thinking), Wave Leadership Impact Expert Report (personality) and 2 aptitude test or Personality questionnaire chosen with you according to your needs

• 4 sessions of 1 hour each

• Written report
