ONBOARDING Shape

Based on our adaptive Shape approach, "Onboarding" is a tailor-made service that combines coaching, training and/or consulting phases according to your needs.

We are at your side throughout your induction to enable you to adjust in real time.

"Onboarding" consists of a volume of 12 hours to be spread over a maximum of 6 months, depending on events and your concerns.

Flexible, the duration of the sessions ranges from 15 to 120mn.

Examples over a period of 3 months:

4 sessions of 15mn each week

or

2 sessions of 15mn + 1 session of 30mn each week

or

2 sessions of 30mn + 1 session of 1h00 each week

or

1 session of 2 hours each week
