• « Price » means the total price of service. We are a non GST-registered business, and as such do not charge GST.

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and we recommend that you check prior to each order to ensure that you agree with them at the date of your order. If you place an order after we have published the changes on this web site you will be bound by those changes.

2- AGE

• To be able to purchase a service or register on our website, you must have reached the age of majority in your country: 21 years old in Singapore, 18 years old in France etc. Should we understand that any person below the age of majority has registered or ordered through this website we will immediately suppress any information related to this person.

• When a minor wishes to benefit from a service (test, package), his/her parents or a legal tutor can purchase a service on his/her behalf, specifying who the beneficiary is. The parents or the legal tutor must attend the first interview for a Package service as well as the last 15mn of the debriefing session.

3- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

• When an individual purchases a service with us, we will ask him/her personal information:

  • name and full address

  • telephone number or mobile phone number

  • email address

• We will keep record of these information as long as it is required for business, unless we receive specific instructions.

• We are committed to use our customers personal information only for its intended purpose. We will never sell those information to third parties, unless required by law.

4- TEST USE POLICY

• We comply with the BPS Code of Good Practices for Psychological Testing and the International Test Commission Guidelines on Computer-Based and Internet-Delivered testing. Our test policies are designed to provide candidates with standardized, fair, and equitable opportunities to demonstrate their potential.

a) Decision and choice of tests

• “Talentizzy”, an Ipsidem Private Limited registered trademark uses psychometrical tests, which are measures-based instruments able to be scored and administered.

• Overall responsibility for tests choices, standards and use rests with Mrs Caroline MARECHAL, CEO of Ipsidem Private Limited.

• Tests are used by Ipsidem Pte Ltd when it is relevant to measure abilities and skills personality in contexts such as:

  • Recruitment

  • Promotion

  • Development

  • Career guidance

  • Career coaching

  • …

b) Fairness

• Tests will be carefully chosen so as not to discriminate on the basis of sex, race, disability, age or religion.

• When necessary, reasonable adjustments can be made (e.g. disabled candidates).

c) Confidentiality and data protection

• All testing materials are stored in a secure, lockable filing cabinet or within our own secured cloud IT system. Physical and dematerialised access are strictly limited to authorised and qualified persons.

• Disclosure of tests and/or information will be limited to duly authorised third parties. For example, human resources departments in connection with recruitment, promotion or talent management, etc. The candidates will have control over the disclosure of data by priorly agreed informed consent.

• Results always remain strictly confidential in accordance with Singapore Personal Data Act. Accordingly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all test-takers data will be stored within our own secured cloud based IT system.

• All test results will be confidentially destroyed after 6 months (unless we receive specific instructions not to do so). They cannot be used for any purpose other than agreed with the test taker and, where appropriate, with duly authorised third parties.

5- CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service
