START - TEST [EN]
The "Test" phase consists of a multi-dimensional assessment of your professional potential, including :
First consultation: 1 session of 1 hour
For a multidimensional assessment of your potential, 7 psychometric tests will be chosen with you from our bank of psychometric tests & questionnaires to assess:
- your professional interests (e.g. : STRONG)
- your intellectual abilities (e.g: RAVEN’s III, then 3 DAT or 3 SWIFT) - your personality (e.g: SOSIE or GOLDEN or MBTI)
- 1 of the following key 21st century skills : Critical Thinking (WATSON-GLASER III) or Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0)
Feedback interviews: 4 sessions of 1 hour each, incl. mapping of all your skills
