The Watson-Glaser™ III is a world reference test for critical thinking and evaluates one of the key competences of the 21st century, correlated with creative thinking.
Critical thinking is a set of key competencies and skills in decision-making (recognition of hypotheses, evaluation of arguments and deduction).
Research shows correlations between Watson Glaser results and creative thinking.
1) Purpose: assessing critical thinking - detection of high potentials
Mainly used for the pre-selection of candidates, the selection of employees and managers and the detection of high potentials, the Watson-Glaser can also be used as a coaching and development tool.
The Watson-Glaser™ III assesses skills and abilities to :
Identify the assumptions underlying arguments and highlight new perspectives or problems;
Identify and assess the relevance of hypotheses, whether explicitly or implicitly stated;
Evaluate arguments by distancing oneself from one's own beliefs and without allowing emotions to impact on them;
Analyze information objectively and draw relevant conclusions based on facts.

1 hour, within 48 working hours after taking the test.
5) Summary
A written report including your results and an action plan will be sent to you by email at the end of the debriefing meeting.
