MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) [EN]
Based on more than 70 years of research, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the world's best-selling personality questionnaire.
Based on the personality theory of the Swiss psychiatrist and psychologist Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), it was developed with a personal development perspective and aims to provide benchmarks for identifying and understanding differences in the way individuals function.
Describing differences between people in a positive way, the MBTI is widely used in guidance, career assessment, individual and team coaching.
MBTI is not predictive of behavior nor success in a profession. It is not meant to be used as a recruitment tool.
