Created by the psychologist Henry Strong in 1927 and regularly revised and enriched by numerous studies, the Strong ® is the worldwide gold-standard for interests inventories.
It helps you identify your career interests to determine the occupation and professional sector that best suits you. The Strong® is an international reference in educational and career counselling and is the most reliable in its category. It is currently used worldwide (Anglo-Saxon universities, ESCP, HEC, INSEAD, ...) because of its high predictive value.
It uses HOLLAND codes (RIASEC typology).
Combined with the MBTI®, it allows you to go deeper in understanding your professional interests and potential careers for a global vision of the careers likely to suit your personality.
1) Purpose: discovering potential careers according to your preferences.
Particularly relevant before beginning professional life, to help people to choose their studies or first job, the Strong ® is also particularly pertinent during a reorientation or assessment process to discover the careers that may have been overlooked and explore new career paths. Based on an in-depth exploration of interests and learning styles, the Strong ® enables you to reflect on your career options.

No time limit. Approx. 30 to 45 minutes
4) Feedback
1 hour feedback conversation of 1 hour each, it will take place 2 working days max after test-taking.
5) Report
A written report including your results and an action plan will be sent to you by email at the end of the debriefing meeting.
