Wave questionnaire enables an in-depth exploration of a person’s professional style by identifying one’s talent, motivations and preferred work environment.

Wave’s constructs are designed to reflect true complexity of people and jobs. Wave’s hierarchical model covers each of the Big Five dimensions (OCEAN model) and goes deeper up to 108 facets, 36 dimensions, 12 sections.
