SOSIE is used in recruitment, coaching, career development, individual and team development to :
predict a person's professional behaviour , motivation and adaptability to a role or an organisation;
identify the professional environments where the person will perform best;
analyse skills, particularly interpersonal skills, and avenues for development.

3) Test-taking time
No time limit. Approximate time: 30 minutes
4) Feedback
1 hour conversation, within 48 working hours after taking the test.
5) Report
A written report including your results and an action plan will be sent to you by email at the end of the debriefing meeting.
