GOLDEN Personality Profiler™
This personality inventory is based on the theory of traits (work by Allport, Thurnstone, Eysenck etc.), the theory of the Big Five and the theory of types (from the work of Carl Gustav Jung- 1875-1961) and the work of Selye, Lazarus and Folkman on stress.
In GOLDEN we find the 4 dimensions of MBTI plus a fifth, relating to the modes of reaction to stress, as well as 18 personality traits.
It is commonly used in orientation, coaching, counselling, personal development, teambuilding and as a development tool after recruitment or mobility.
1) Aim : assess personality
The information provided by the GOLDEN and the debriefing interview helps in particular to :
deepen the knowledge of one's own personality, in particular how preferences and tendencies guide behaviour and expectations in a team
understand the differences between individuals, especially within a team
build effective teams and strengthen their cohesion
developing leadership.

From 16 years old
3) Time to pass the test
No time limit. Approximate time: 25 to 30 minutes
4) Feedback
1 hour, within 48 working hours after taking the test.
5) Summary
A written report including your results and an action plan will be sent to you by email at the end of the debriefing meeting.
