TKI ® (Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument)[EN]
Developed by Kenneth W. Thomas and Ralf H. Kilmann in the early 1970s, the TKI ® is the world's best-selling conflict management tool. It is used to enable individuals and organisations to better manage conflict by developing their assertiveness.
It was inspired by The Managerial Grid Model of Robert Blake and Jane Mouton and one key idea: conflict is inevitable.
The TKI is a neutral, non-judgmental way of exploring the five main ways of dealing with conflict and understanding how to use them appropriately.

Taking the TKI enables you to:
identify your preferred way to respond to conflicts
open up reflection on different ways of acting during a conflict
develop new skills to deal constructively with conflictual situations
develop your assertiveness to negotiate better , etc.

No time limit. Approximate time: 15 minutes.
4) Feedback
f 1 hour, within a maximum of 2 working days after test-taking..
5) Report
A written report, including your results and an action plan, will be sent to you by e-mail at the end of the interview.
