RAVEN’s is the reference test to assess general cognitive functioning. It measures, in particular, the learning potential alongside to the ability to understand concepts and reasoning without prior knowledge. It therefore provides a first indicator of a person’s intellectual level. The Raven™ test is closely correlated with the WAIS-IV, which is a more comprehensive measure of the IQ up to 160. The result to the RAVEN’s is an overall score on the same scale as the IQ.

Raven’s specifically asess abilities required to succeed in many trainings or jobs:
lateral thinking
learning and solving new and complex problems
Used for recruitment prior interviews, talent management ( job alignment), it can also be used for a quick assessment of general abilities in a career guidance process.

Graduate and management level
3) Test-taking time
Timed: 40 minutes.
4) Feedback
30 minutes, within 48 working hours after taking the test.
5) Summary
A written report at the end of the debriefing conversation.
