Numerical Data Interpretation Test™ (NDIT) [EN]

Formerly known as Athena, NDIT™ assesses numerical reasoning ability. It is not a maths test.

1) Purpose : to measure the ability to interpret and manipulate numerical data in the workplace

The NDIT™ examines candidates' ability to :

• draw appropriate conclusions from data

• calculate values using basic arithmetic operators and work with decimals and fractions

• understand information presented in tables, charts and graphs

• determine when additional data are needed to formulate particular hypotheses

Many jobs where data interpretation is used frequently or on critical job tasks.3) Test-taking time

30 minutes

4) Feedback

30 minutes, within 48 working hours after taking the test.

5) Summary

A written report at the end of the debriefing conversation.
